The Katikkiro of Buganda Eng. JB Walusimbi has sent his condolences to the family of the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II upon the death of Princess Beatrice Nakabili.

Nakabiri was one of Kabaka Mutebi’s paternal aunts. She passed on Wednesday at her home in Kabowa in Lubaga Division in Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).

The late Nakabili was daughter of the former Kabaka of Buganda Daudi Chwa (RIP) and sister to also former Kabaka of Buganda Edward Mutesa II. She died at the age of 86 years after she fainted in the corridor of her house.

Late Nakabiri was buried on Thursday at Kasubi Royal tombs in Kampala. The burial was attended by many MPs, councilors from Kampala, and DPCs and ministers from both central and Buganda government.
