List of drugs that cause ulcers
By Walakira on September 15, 2012
Our news desk since last year has written over 1000 stories on health. As a result, hundreds of our readers sent feed back to us asking a number of questions concerning different health issues. Like Aisha, a resident of Dodoma, in Tanzania. She wanted to know whether it is true that some drugs cause ulcers.
Madam Aisha, you may be more likely to develop ulcers if you are infected with pylori Bacterium or when you have taken drugs like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen. Some people get ulcers as a result of a family history of ulcers, have another illness such as liver, kidney failure or lung disease, or drink alcohol regularly.
