When it comes to sleep some people don’t bather how they go to bed. Sleep is so much important in our life and its better if we plan for it and know the right thing to do before jumping in our beds.
What to do
- Shower or bath to get off that dirt. This helps you feel more refreshed and relaxed.
- Eat your dinner earlier before your bet time. It’s always good to have your supper one hour before you go to bed.
- Wash off that make up, however much you feel tired you should never sleep with your make up on.
- Brush your teeth before going to bed this is because it helps to kill all the bacteria and also good for those sharing a bed, it also leaves you with fresh breath when you wake up in the morning.
- Use your bed room for sleep rather than for study, computer or studio because they release volatile organic compounds.
- Keep your electrical devices far away from you as possible as you can.
- Read something spiritual or uplifting
- Play soft music that put you in relaxing meditation, listen to them while lying in bed.
- Wear night dress /pajamas that are lose and avoid sleeping in your cloths or cloths that you had over the day if possible you should sleep naked.
