Calm has returned to Nakawa Naguru after The Police force responded to the matters raised by wives of policemen who took to the streets again this morning.
The women living in Nakawa Naguru chose to carry their children and utensils including saucepans in protest against poor living conditions.
Kampala metropolitan police commander Andrew Felix Kaweesi however addressed the women promising to improve their living conditions.
Garbage trucks have already been brought in to clear the garbage and clean the toilets.
Kaweesi also apologized to the women promising that such a scenario will not happen again.
