Over 400 officers of the Uganda Police Force are to be trained in handling emergencies .
The training to last for a period of three months is to equip the officers with more tips of fighting fire.
The Chief Fire officer Joseph Mugisa says this will help build capacity of the officers to handle emergencies and improve rescue operations.
Mugisa says that at the end of the training , all the 400 officers will be deployed to different fire stations across the country.
