Kampala city socialite Bad Black has been arrested by the police in Rwanda. Her arrest follows an arrest warrant by the Police in Uganda. According to State House of Rwanda, Bad Black would be extradited to Kampala where she is accused of embezzling 11 billion Uganda Shillings from Daveshan Development Company Ltd- a real estate company. The company is owned by Mr David Greenhalgh.

But Bad Black has bent on her knees and pleaded with the Rwandan president Paul Kagame to have mercy and stop her extradite.

The Kampala government also accuses Bad Black of jumping bail. She was arrested at Kigali International airport.
The Court of Appeal granted the socialite bail to travel to Europe to remove her breast implants after her breasts were swollen.
