At least 82 Ugandans are on death row in the Republic of China. Most of these innocent Ugandans are aged between 20 – 40. Out of the 82, 39 are female and 43 Male. Also out of the 82 Ugandans on death row, 4 are already dead. They died from the Chinese notorious Prison conditions and their bodies are about to be cremated as the Ugandan Government led by president Museveni claims it has got no money to return the bodies to Uganda for burial.
