he international president for the rotary club, Ron Burton is challenging Rotarian in Uganda and Africa at large to make sure that they stamp their authority and presence in the areas of operation to enable the communities recognize them and what they have to offer for them.

Speaking at the opening of the rotary international new generation conference for Africa that is going on in Uganda, Burton called upon members to do things that will create a positive change in people’s lives as well as the world for a better place.
