HIV/AIDS testing and counseling is key to the fight against the spread of HIV/+AIDS! When you know your HIV status, your immoral actions are restrained. The victor in you will encourage courage in you to be strong! According to Media, the President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni and his wife Jenate Museveni will be in Kampala to test and display their HIV results! Museveni will publicly test for HIV along with some of his fellow leaders and close friends.

According to a statement issued by Uganda AIDS Commission, Museveni and his wife will test at Kiswa Health Center 4 in Kampala. Museveni and his wife claim they are leading by example in a bid to roll-back the HIV epidemic in Uganda.

The objective of the public HIV counseling and testing is to demonstrate to people  the importance of knowing your HIV status as an action towards an HIV-free generation.

However, when one listens to discussions of HIV positive people in Kampala sobs, the people living with HIV bribe some medical workers to change their HIV status results on paper such that they lure negative people into love. After some time, the negative persons realises that is positive. On inquiring, the discovery is that the person he joined into love was positive. Perhaps that was the reason Uganda parliament had tabled a bill to kill people who spread HIV knowingly.
