Many Ugandan politicians, religious leaders and media managers have complained about foreign homosexuals who are allegedly recruiting underage boys into homosexuality. Some human rights defenders have even called for the summary execution of people practicing homosexuality in any form.

Sex tourism involving minors unfortunately happens in many countries in the world. It involves both homo- and heterosexual paedophilia. In fact underage girls, according to sources among the homosexuals and lesbians are targeted in far larger numbers than the boys.

We have read media reports of Ugandan (African) women being recruited through Ugandan owned companies to go to Iraq to serve as security guards. At least that is what they are told.

However many of these young women have ended up as sex slaves and some have gone missing and are still unaccounted for.  To me Africans involved in this ring of female sex trade are more despicable than those gay sex tourists we have seen and talked about. At least the gay tourists do not coerce their victims and often pay them for their cooperation. These Ugandans involved in selling their compatriots into slavery are the ones that should be shot at dawn.

Our homophobic hysteria is making us forget or turn a blind eye to more serious and tragic matters happening under our very own noses.
