The state minister for finance in charge of economic development, Hon Matia Kasaija is advising all Ugandan entrepreneurs to always consider building capacity for business management if their sets up businesses are to last long.
Speaking at the closing of the global entrepreneurship week this evening in Kampala, Kasaija stated that most entrepreneurs in the country mix family issues with their businesses which in the end bring them down before they even make the fifth year which always results from failure to have better capacity for the businesses set up.
He further stresses that there is still a growing challenge of the graduates who are passed out every year and have little to offer to the national job market, saying that institutions should consider bringing out graduates who can start up their businesses
