2 PAKISTAN RAPISTS SENT TO LUZIRA TILL 19TH DECEMBER 2013.

The two Pakistan’s who have been on reminded since 14 October at Luzira on charges of Gang rape and having unnatural with the much publicized 23 year old lady have been sent back to Luzira prison until 19th December when the case is expected to come up for mention.

Wagas Mohammad and Ahmad Shahpao have been remanded back by the KCCA court magistrate Sarah Langa after the resident state attorney pleaded for an extension to allow more time for investigations.

The magistrate has also extended the period for the arrest warrant she issued on 1st this month instruction the police and sister security agencies to arrest the two other wanted key suspects still at large namely Zaheer Muhamed and Sadiq Muhamed.

However the Lawyer from FIDA representing the alleged gang rapped 23 year old lady is angry to police and sister security agencies over failure to arrest and produce to court that wanted two suspects despite a court order. Instructing them to do so.
She is now urging the public and police with sister security agencies to step-up and expedite the arrest of the two wanted pakistans.
