The wave of Kampala Executive Director Jeniffer Musisi has sent many to excitement but as a person who has been following the trend of events in Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) carefully I see that our people have failed to see the bigger picture of where the KCCA saga will end.

When KCCA director started with Gen. David Sejusa many people in Kampala and Uganda at large were into jubilation but have you ever checked whether the house Jenifer Musisi chased away Sejusa was really removed from security and handed to the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago?

I want us to understand that there is a bigger show of events that is going on behind the scenes in KCCA. But people are treated to trailers and they get excited. None of the people in Kampala has ever asked why don’t the Lord Mayor not in his official house up to now? If former Kampala mayors like Nasser Sebaggala and John Sebaana Kizito did mistakes in their administration, why KCCA continues with wrong things like impeachment of Lukwago.

Jeniffer Musisi claims that she is applying the law equally. But sometime back she razed a Petrol station opposite Spear Motors on way to Ntinda and left City Oil that was constructed in a wetland.
