South Korea tells Uganda to cut off relations with North Korea

 

South Korea has told East African third largest country Uganda to cut off relations with North Korea and South Korea gives it free computers as a reward.

South Korea is ready to help Uganda to put all its vital information online for free as long as Uganda listens to its demands.

Uganda, if Korea fulfills its plan, will be among the poor countries in the world to have embraced cutting edge technology with ipads for its public workers.

The government of Uganda, using this bilateral assistance of South   Korea, is prepared to implement e-governance in all ministries and government departments with the aim of eliminating unwieldy bureaucracy which hamstring service delivery.

Uganda spends over 50 billions on courier services and stationery annually. Ends
