Army commander General Katumba wamala has warned retired Army officers to avoid engaging in unconstitutional means to achieve their political ambition.

He has warned them not to tarnish the image of UPDF which they have been serving because it has groomed them to their success.

He was decorating over 30 army officers at Mbuya.

4 army officers have been retired including Major Ssabanyala Baker Kimeze, Lt bPatrick Kasuma, Maj. Gen Benon Biraro, and Grig, Benard Rwehururu
