Importance and dangers of sneezes

A single sneeze blows mucus and air out of your mouth and nose, sending out 100,000 germs into the air. Sneezes travels at a speed of 100 miles every hour. But also remember that if you over sneeze you may fracture your ribs.
But it is also not good to suppress a sneeze as you may rupture a blood vessel in your head or neck. The doctors report that sneezing is a vital part of our immune process because it protects the body by clearing the nose of viruses.
The moment irritants enter the nose, your brain sends out a signal to remove them. Doctors tell us that irritants act as a trigger that sets off in your brain.

Next, your chest muscles contract, throat muscles quickly relax resulting air along with saliva and mucous is forced out of your mouth and nose. Sneezes come at particular times. Some people may sneeze at sunshine, after sex or exercise. You don’t sneeze in sleep, since it’s a reflex action.
