Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) National Executive Committee (NEC) no longer has the mandate to run the party ctivities as its term of office expired in February 2013.

But Gen. Mugisha Muntu, the president General of FDC, says FDC national council recently annonymously allowed it to extend its service up to 2015.

Muntu says FDC had no money to elect new NEC members. He says the party will elect its new NEC members during its delegates meetin in 2015.

Meanwhile, FDC is planning to start organising fresh grass root elections in 2014.
