Various head s of missions both in Uganda and outside Uganda are tasking government to explain in details the meaning and stand of the country on anti homosexuality act which was passed by parliament in December 2013 with some already receiving threats of closure and boycott.

The head of uganda’s mission in Canada, Alintuma Nsambu reveals to the premier in the annual meeting held in Kampala that Canada is considering ending her relations with Uganda sighting a boycott currently raised in Canada calling for a clear explanation together with another ambassador from Italy.

I reply the Rt. Hon. Premier, John Patrick Amama Mbabazi says, they are still making more consultations into the matter with the ruling party yet to discuss the matter in the coming party caucus but confirms that homosexuality is not good for Ugandans but rightly reveals, he is against life imprisonment of any one caught in the act.

He also adds that the instability in S.Sudan means a lot to Uganda and the region hence exhibiting the country’s center stage to seeing peace prevailing in S.Sudan as one of uganda’s international committement.

So far 4000 ugandans have been evacuated from S.Sudan back to Uganda following the fight that broke out between Salvakir’s govt and the breakaway faction.
