Anybody who can help cancer patients at Mulago hospital please… I went to see one of my sisters at Cancer Institute in Mulago, after having been informed that she had been thrown in the intensive care unit at the hospital. What I found there was indeed terrifying!

She was severely struck by leukemia (blood cancer) and her life support was on machines! She has swellings on the body which according to the Doctors are causing her untold pain.

Doctors refused me to take photoes of the state of cancer patients saying it’s out of order. Most of the cancer patients darkened. Few of them are still courageous, muscular, and jolly.

They have physically weakened, unable to speak and struggling to see. When I was allowed in the Cancer Institute, I struggled to communicate with cancer patients. Some of the cancer patients apparently are half deaf due to the high effect of the drugs they take. Some want to hug their visistors, but couldn’t move, raise hands to reach people.

Most of the cancer patients’ vomit, bleed profusely in the nose, feel severe pain in their chest and back among other complications, coupled with low blood in their body. Some Cancer Patients are in need of bone marrow transplantation.
