The residents of Uganda in western Uganda have contuined with their demand to break away from Uganda and become part of Rwanda.

The residents of western Uganda particularly in Ntungamo- Nshenyi, KyarwehundeRuhaamaCounty and in Ntungamo Distric claim that due to corruption in Museveni’s government they cannot access social services in Uganda. The councilor in Uganda in charge of Kyawehunde, Lawrence Kabesiime says most communities in Uganda lack schools, clean water, roads, agricultural services yet billions of shillings meant to do such services is stolen by people connected to president Museveni or his family the way president Robert Mugabe does in Zimbabwe.

Kabesiime says Ugandans in western Uganda live in Uganda but they get services and goods from Rwanda. The people of western Uganda joins their counterparts in central Uganda and northern Uganda are demanding to secede from Uganda.
