The University of Nottingham, in partnership with The Ministry of Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, is delighted to offer full scholarships for postgraduate students from Ethiopia. Each scholarship covers one year at Masters degree level or three years at PhD degree level.

Applicants will be notified the outcome of the scholarship six weeks after the closing date.

Ethiopia Scholarships Eligibility:

·  Are a national of (or permanently domiciled in) Ethiopia and in public service at the time of application AND

·  Are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes AND

·  Already hold an offer to start a full-time Masters degree programme (including MRes) or full-time Research degree programme (PhD or MPhil) at Nottingham in September 2012

·  Faculty of Science

·  School of Geography – courses related to the area of Environment

·  Business School – courses allied to Operations Management.

The closing date for Ethiopia Scholarship applications is 30th May.
