Spinal research in UK discovers treatment for neurons

The research director at Spinal Research (a United   Kingdom charity), Mr. Mark Bacon has said that the old belief in medical world that someone is born with a certain number of neurons and when they die, they cannt be replaced is now no more. He says the neurons can now die and they get replaced or repaired.

But the World Health Organisation options on neurons treatment are still physical rehabilitation, which is useful but limited. However, according to Bacon, in the laboratories the treatment of neurons is taking place.

The treatment of neurons includes cell replacement, regeneration, spinal scar-tissue removal, electric muscle stimulation and brain-computer connections.
