Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago says he’s intending to hold consultative rallies with Kampala Electorates to decide his fate over circus surrounding the seat of Lord mayor.

Lukwago says on Wednesday and Sunday this week he will stage different rallies in Katwe and Wankulukuku for his voters to have any input a head of the controversial Lord mayor By Election.

Former FDC President Col. Dr. Kiiza Besigye has refuted allegations that his intending to contest for the seat of City Lord Mayor in the controversial By Election organised by the Electoral Commission.
