Kawempe South Member ofParliament, Latiff Sebaggala has decried the way some Residential District Commissioners (RDCs) dress.
He told parliament on Wednesday that some RDCs dress like Karimojong hunters or the Dinkas of South Sudan. Latiff says president Museveni should teach his RDCs to dress propery.
Latiff further says that some RDCs especially those from Ankole sub region have no discipline, they are arrogant, and still their dressing code is lacking.
The RDCs are some of the poorly paid public officials in Uganda followed by police and the army. RDCs earn 1.5 million shillings per month and their deputies 1.4 million shillings. Most of the RDCs servive on allowences and packages they receive from the corrupt people.
