The Nile Basin Initiative (NBI), a project funded by the World Bank, is offering Masters of Science scholarships.
In order to enhance the sustainability and applicability of the Nile Basin DSS, the WRPM Project intends to offer ten Master’s of Science Scholarships in areas relevant for water resources Decision Support System.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, standard living allowances, the costs of return airfare and other expenses related to research work for minor thesis as per regulations of the WRPM project.
Scholarship Eligibility and Requirements:
The applicants of the WRPM scholarship must be nationals and residents of the Nile Basin countries and should satisfy the following minimum requirements:
· Applicants must hold Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or in other closely related fields.
· Applicants should have working experience and/or current engagement in one of water related institutions that participate in the development, operation and maintenance of the Nile Basin DSS.
· Applicants must have at least two years of working experience relevant to the study program.
· Applicants must not be older than 35 years.
