Former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno Ocampo has said that LRA rebels killed people in northern Uganda just to appear on BBC news headlines.

“ICC has evidence to show that Kony in attacking refugee camps was trying to attract international attention,” he says.

He says that there are radio tapes where Kony was saying we need to be on BBC. Kill more people.

Ocampo says that Kony should be arrested and prosecuted for war crimes he committed against humanity.
