Attorney general begs justice Mugambe over Lukwago

Attorney General Peter Nyombi has asked justice Lydia Mugambe to go back to law school and make revision. Justice Lydia made a ruling last Friday that had returned Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago back to Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).

“Justice Mugambe, if I am to advise her, needs to go back and revise law,” Nyombi begs Mugambe.

Nyombi argues that Mugambe at the ruling addressed them as unprofessional because they disobeyed the earlier court order. Mugambe doubted Nyombi and government legal advisers being learned friends.

Nyombi says that it seems justice Mugambe was biased. Nyombi says Justice Mugambe must just give them green light to appeal.

However, KCCA gates were opened on Monday and Lukwago was allowed to enter his office. He arrived at KCCA at 8:45am accompanied by his lawyers. But his supporters were blocked by anti-riot police.
