African regional construction companies, interior designers, manufacturers, real estate developers and mortgage providers will converge in Rwanda to show case their products and services.

The Rwanda Property Expo 2014 is scheduled to take place from August 27-31. The expo is expected to attract over 500 companies from across the region.

The five-day annual exhibition will seek to promote Rwanda as a property market.

The expo has been widely seen as a business opportunity for investors to showcase their products and services. The expo is being supported by Ministry of Infrastructure, the Rwanda Housing Authority and the Rwanda Development Board. The expo is an opportunity for companies to market their products. The last regional expo took place in 2013 in Nairobi.
