Rwandan President Kagame talks on terrorists

 

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has announced that the East African Community is faced with security threats from the Lords Resistance Army (LRA), Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) and the Al Shabaab terrorists. He was speaking on Wednesday at State House Kigali.

Kagame says there is need for the presidents in East Africa to work together to handle the threats of terrorists.

President Kagame says development being registered in East Africa in terms of infrastructure, single customs territory among others, requires collective security apparatus.
