“I am a professional in leading the poor and needy people and I have never let them down,” president Museveni has announced.

The president says he went to the bush with no money, no food and no guns but he was always transparent about what he was doing.

While in the bush, Museveni says he could not eat before his soldiers ate and because they saw him hungry just like they were at times, they supported the cause and the ideology he stood for.

Therefore Museveni says it is an abuse of belief to give finances to youth leaders that have no accountability to their electorate.
