A delegation of Uganda Muslim Teachers Association led by its Secretary General Muhammad Serugo has paid a courtesy call to Mufti Shaban Ramadhan Mubajje in his office at UMSC Headquarters Old Kampala.

While addressing the delegation, the Mufti commended teachers for their 25 years of service noting that it takes hard work, faith and perseverance for an organization to serve for this long.

The Mufti who is a strong advocate of education among Muslims said that as a mother body UMSC will continue working with teachers as both organizations strive to improve education standards among Muslims in Uganda.
