The Ambassador of Sweden to the Republic of Uganda, Mr. Anders Urban Anderson has said that making budgets readily available for all Ugandans will help to improve efficiency of service delivery to citizens of Uganda.

Anders Urban Anderson says that the Action for Transparency (A4T) model the government of Sweden is funding in Uganda shows the effectiveness of collaboration between Non Governmental Organisations, government of Uganda and the media in promoting transparency in Uganda government.

The Prime Minister of Uganda, Amama Mbabazi launched A4T project in Wakiso at Wakiso district headquarters last week.
