Vincent Obwana, a records officer at national archives Entebbe was reportedly poisoned at Kyankwanzi National Leadership Institute (NALI).

The doctors at the Kyankwanzi National Leadership Institute (NALI) told police, statehouse and NRM officials that Obwana died on Monday after being admitted at hospital.

Lt.Col. Arthur Barisigara the deputy director of the Kyankwanzi National Leadership Institute confrmed Obwana’s death. The police investigating Obwana’s death recorded a statement from Capt. Wilson Luteremwa who worked on Obwana’s postmoterm report.

Harriet Kyomugisha, the principal resource officer at the ministry of public service says Obwana was an understanding man and very cooperative.
