Mukono municipality member of parliament betty Namboze Bakireke survives being suspended from parliament by the deputy speaker Jacob oulanyah for lying parliament .
This follows Nambooze standing on the flour of parliament and told the speaker that many mps had signed in attendance book and she was seeing few in parliament .
She had told parliament that she signed as the 100th mp yet in the house there was few of them and she wanted the speaker to take interest in the matter .
But the deputy speaker Jacob Oulanyah asked the book for mps attendance and saw only 29 mps had signed the book and they were present implying that mp Nambooze was lying.
The deputy speaker asked Nambooze to apologize and withraw such defaming statement against fellow mps which she accepted and apologized.
