Former Vice President of Uganda Prof. Gilbert Bukenya has said that he is not scared of president Museveni kicking him out of the NRM because that is the best Museveni can do to him. NRM stands for National Resistance Movement, a ruling political organisation in Uganda.

Bukenya also says that he will not even go for any NRM disciplinary hearings. Bukenya is also MP for Busiro North parliamentary constituency.

Bukenya insists that he will even join a united opposition to generate a momentum that will oust president Museveni from power come 2016.

Bukenya Gilbert deputised Museveni for over 8 years. Bukenya is remembered to have said that Museveni is the only man in Kampala with a vision to rule Uganda. But he is now advocating for change after Museveni abandoned him.
