After US government slapped travel bans on a number of Ugandan officials as part of its displeasure at the enactment of the anti homosexual law, the identity of Uganda government officials to be affected by the sanctions include MP David Bahart, Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga and Theodre Sekikubo among others.
