Kenya’s deputy minority Chief Whip, Jakoyo Midiwo has described President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda as a criminal and dictator who is bend at interfering with Kenyan democracy.
Jakoyo Midiwo was speaking at Uhuru Park, Midiwo. He says that a bus which was sent recently by Museveni was caught at Busia border carrying three bales of military uniforms, boots and berets the police uniform was from Kampala and men were to follow in civilian attire to stop opposition rallies like he does to Ugandan opposition
Midiwo also blames president Museveni for the carnage in 2007 which saw the horrific death of 1 500 people, 3 000 innocent women raped, and 300 000 people left internally displaced.
