Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) councilors Aidah Nakuya (Youth) and Bernard Luyiga (Makerere University) are sounding apologetic and confused.
They claim that president Museveni’s government that ‘bribed’ them to impeach Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago no longer trusts them.
Luyiga and other KCCA councilors now also have a bad blood with Kampala minister Frank Tumwebaze… and equally the Lord Mayor of Kampala Erias Lukwago.
The Lord Mayor can not trust, associate and embrace the KCCA councilors as he looks at them as snakes, traitors, beasts, fools…
The KCCA councilors voted for the botched impeachment of the city lord mayor on 25th November 2013. With the new revealations, it seems the KCCA councilors sold their gold in exchange of salt by impeaching Lukwago. The same KCCA councilors are now lamenting of the lipservice and over zeolousness of KCCA coupled with the arrogancy of the Kampala Minister Frank Tumwebaze.
