When you see the current photo of US President, Barack Obama, you may ask why he has a lot of grey hair and looks far older than when he got into office in 2008.
You may again ask why Ugandan leaders like President Museveni and others at districts levels look far better than when they get in to office. But in developed world, leaders look old and have a lot of grey hair because of the stress the go though while getting solutions to the problems facing their people including facing African people hence looking the way they look.
On the other hand in Uganda and African countries at large, leaders have a saying that ‘he who gives you leadership gives you to eat.’ This explains why most of them would not want to see photos African leaders like Museveni took before they got in to office! Ends
