Bitterness between the minister of Presidency Frank Tumwebaze and Masaka Municipality MP Mathias Mpuuga when he inquired where president Museveni got money to give to the National football Team Uganda cranes.

The Officials who included the ministers Minister of security Wilson Muluri Mukasa, Minister without portfolio Richard Todwong led by Frank Tumwebaze have been appearing before the Parliaments committee on presidential Affairs committee to present their ministerial statements for this year 2014/15.

The MP wanted an invoce where president Museveni used to pay this money, however frank Tumwebaze told the committee that it’s Parliament that appropriates a donation fund to the president’s office.

Mathias Mpuuga says the minister has failed to explain where the president got the money to appreciate the cranes.
