The minister for presidency Frank Tumwebaze has attacked Rubirizi RDC
over presidential appointment over remarks that the latter favored
Kamwenge district during the appointment of RDCs and even
ministerially posts last year.

It is reported that RDC Kure muranga and the district chairperson
Kisembo David the iest in Rubirizi nyakasharu in Bunyaruguru county
he attacked Mp Frank Tumwebaze over allegations that he favored many
nominees from Kamwenge district to be appointed as RDCs and ministries
.

Now,Tumwebaze admits favouring the appointments from Kamwenge but says
the area had taken long with out sharing at the national cake.

However,Tumwebaze says it is still a challenge to get jobs for all the
unemployed youth in the district since they are many compared to the
past.

A recent survey by world bank in Uganda indicates that 62% of Uganda’s
youth are jobless
