Pentecostal church is to hold a memorial service for the late Dr. Myles Munroe and his with Ruth who were plane crashed .
This came after A jet crashed last Sunday near Freeport, on the island of Grand Bahama, killing all nine people on board including Bahamas leader Myles Munroe.
The Presiding Apostle of Born Again Faith in Uganda Dr. Joseph Serwadda said that the Pentecostal church is saddened for the death of Dr. Myles as natural people but gladdened that he did his job and brought it to a desired end.
He said that they will organize a funeral service this week in kampala in memory of late Myles who last visited Uganda last year.
He also said that a condolence book will be opened for people to sign in at a place that will be communicated in due course.
He asked Ugandan religious leaders to emulate late Myles and leave legacy without accusation of any wrong doings while they were still alive
Myles Munroe was the senior pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship.
The Bahamian pastor founded the Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship and had created a worldwide following with his charismatic preaching and he appeared to have been anticipating his own death in a 2003 sermon when he “The value of life is not in its duration, but in its donation. You are not important because of how long you live, you are important because of how effective you live. And most people are concerned about growing old rather than being effective,” Munroe said.
