Rukiga County Members of Parliament Jack Sabiti has warned president Yoweri Museveni against involving his name among the members of parliament who had blocked Bujagali dam construction in the 6^th parliament. Recently, President Museveni, while on his campaign trail in Rukiga County, lashed out at Jack Sabiti saying he was among the opposition MPs that opposed government development especially Bujagali hydro power project that is why it was delayed.

Sabiti still insists that the members of parliament who opposed Bujagali power project were right because even the current power output from this dam is still very high because of the government insistence to things the wrong way. Sabiti says  he  is being attacked by the president because he declined the request by the R.D.C Kabale district  to move with president Museveni on his campaign trail in Kabale .
