Uganda drew 1-1 with Zimbabwe on Wednesday in Group D of the CHAN 2016 at Umaganda stadium in 
Rubavu .
The Zimbabwe warriors scored through William Manondo and Geoffrey Sserunkuma struck a late equaliser for the Cranes. A draw couldn’t save Uganda and Zimbabwe who lye bottom in Group D
In the other match, Mali and Zambia were in a goalless draw making Zambia And Mali advance to the quarter finals with the Chipolopolo qualifying with the unbeaten record.
Winners of Group D Zambia face Guinea at the Umuganda stadium in Rubavu and Mali take on Tunisia in Nyamirambo’s Stade de Kigali in the quarter finals of CHAN 2016 on 31 January.
