Mali booked a place in the semi-finals of the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN2016) on Sunday. The Mali Eagles knocked out Tunisia with a 2-1 victory at Kigali Stadium .
The Eagles came from behind to beat Tunisia .Aliou Dieng scored through a penalty spot in in the second half before Abdoulaye Diarra added another to seal the win for Mali. Mohamed Ali Moncer had put Tunisia in the lead in the 14th minute of the game.
In another semi-final game ,Guinea beat Zambia 5-4 on penalties after a goalless game in Rubavu Stadium.
Zambia Captain Chris Katongo failed to convert the first penalty and goal keeper Abdoulaziz Keita who plays for AS Kaloum in Guinea was a hero when he scored the last penalty to give Guinea a victory.
