The minister of state for sports Charles Bakabulindi has called for the review of the National education policy and market Act of 1942. Bakabulindi is concerned that private schools have out numbered the government schools calling for the review of education policy to ensure that both government and private schools have better school facilities and staff with good salary.

He said that the education budget should cater to all schools to improve on the quality of education especially in government schools so as they have good facilities and well remunerated teachers as private schools. He also said that the market Act needs to be reviewed to avoid it keeping benefiting the local administrator.
