ARINGA SOUTH MP, Odria Alioni Yorke plans to aggressively embark on ensuring that social services like water, education and income generating activities are put in place to improve the live hood of Aringa people and Arua at large. Odria says that government has put in place livelyhood programs to help the youth and the women however they have not benefited a lot due to lack of skills to enable them to utilize the funds. He says that through his lobbying of various stakeholders in government he wants to ensure that at least technical schools to impart skill among the woman and the youth and the general public are put in place. He adds that he wants to put in place sensitization program on the issue of project writing.

Odria further says the people of his constituency have suffered for long time with luck of clean safe drinking water and he wants the challenge addressed.
