While closing a 2 day sector review meeting for heads of accountability sectors and anti-corruption agencies by the ministry of finance, Kadaga said that parliament passed the whistle blowers protection act in 2010 to encourage transparency and accountability but that up-to-date, it has not been implemented.
Kadaga says she has received whistle blowers complaining that they lives are in danger after providing information to government.
