Nakawa Divison Mayor, Ronald Balimwezo Nsubuga, has threatened to apprehend residents in Nakawa who are misusing Mosquito nets donated to them by government late last month.
Balimwezo made these threats while commissioning a two day mobile clinic that will be held at the Dominion Church Mbuya in Kampala.
Balimwezo said that the mobile targets residents with poor hygiene since this exposes them to illnesses. He added that whereas government conducted malaria preventing arrangement, the public needs sensitization on the usage of mosquito nets because they misuse them saying that some use them as blankets.
The mayor also warned women against prostitution while in marriage which has resulted into bastards in turn turning into criminals and currently terrorizing the people of Nakawa.
