Court has set free 12 FDC members who were facing charges of taking unlawful society on electoral commission offices asking engineer Badiru Kigundu to resign.
The 12 who include a city lawyer Modi Obole , Rainner Juliet , Hajji Kakande and 9 others committed the offence on18th August last year.
Prosecution alleges that their acts were to cause subversion on the electoral commission chairman engineer Badiru Kigundu.
They appeared before Buganda road court grade one magistrate Francis Matenga who acquitted them on ground that prosecution has failed to produce evidence which shows that they committed the alleged offence.
